Brown Rice 2

1 cup chopped green onions with tops
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 tbs vegetable oil
3 cups hot cooked brown rice (cooked in beef broth)
3 tbs chopped pimientos
Salt and pepper

Saute onions and green pepper in oil until tender crisp. Add rice and pimientos. Toss lightly. Adjust seasonings to taste.

Makes 6 servings.
