Brown Rice II
- 1 cup chopped green onions with tops
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 3 cups hot cooked brown rice (cooked in beef broth)
- 3 tbs chopped pimientos
- Salt and pepper
Saute onions and green pepper in oil until tender crisp. Add rice and pimientos. Toss lightly. Adjust seasonings to taste.
