Chinese Rice Jambalaya
- 1-1/2 lb of pork or beef meat, boneless, chopped
- 1 med onion
- 1 bunch of shallots
- Small pack of coleslaw
- Cooked rice
- Kitchen Bouquet
Brown meat in a little cooking oil. Add cut onions and shallots. Cook 10 minutes. Add coleslaw and cook down. Then add a pinch of sugar. Add Kitchen Bouquet. Cook until meat is tender. Add cooked rice.
