Dressing

3 lb ground lean beef
1-1/2 lb pork ground
1 pkg chicken livers - ground
1 pkg giblets - ground
1 cup onion - chopped
1 cup celery - chopped
1/2 cup bell peppers - chopped
2 toes garlic
4 tbs Worcestershire sauce
4 tbs Reunite wine
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups cooked rice

Brown meat until nice and brown and add onions, pepper, celery and garlic. Let simmer on low fire for about 1/2 hours. Add rice.
