Ground Meat Dressing in Oven

1 lb of raw ground meat beef

1 cup raw rice, washed

1 can onion soup

1 can golden cream of mushroom soup

1 med bell pepper chopped

1 large onion chopped

Onion tops to taste

Red and white pepper to taste

Don't add more salt

Mix above well in large bowl and season to taste. (No salt because mushroom soup has enough.) Spray pan with a non-stick coating agent. Pour mixture in pot and cover tight. Bake 350F for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a 12x9 inch pan or a thick pot. Mix it in pot and it's ready to bake. You dirty one pan.
