*** Wash and pat chicken dry with paper towels. Season chicken with pepper, onion and garlic powder. Mix parmesan cheese and bread crumbs in a flat dish. Place egg mixture in a flat dish. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in bread crumb mixture. Arrange chicken in a 2 quart flat dish with meaty portions toward outside of dish and boney portions toward the center. Pour butter over chicken and sprinkle on any remaining crumbs. Cover with wax paper and cook on high 25 minutes. Rotate dish 2 times. Salt may be added after cooking.
