Chili Con Carne

1 lb Ground Beef
1 cup Chopped Onion
1 cup Chopped Green Pepper
2 cups Canned Tomato
1 Clove Minced Garlic
2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 Dash Cayenne
1 Dash Paprika
1 Medium Can Kidney Beans

*** Pan fry ground beef, onion and green pepper in skillet until meat is brown. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients except beans and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until thick (about 1 hour). Stir in beans and heat. For dried kidney beans; use 1/2 lb (for standard serving size). Wash, and cover with boiling water. Cook 2 minutes and remove from heat. Soak for 1 hour then bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer till tender.
