Honeyed Chicken

One 4-lb Cut Chicken
1/2 Lemon
2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/3 cup Peanut Oil
1/4 cup Honey
1 Pinch Salt

*** Rub the chicken pieces with lemon. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the ginger and salt. Combine oil, honey, and the remaining ginger. Brush chicken with honey mixture. Roast in oven 350F 1-1/2 to 2 hours, basting occasionally with the honey mixture.
