Oriental Lamb

4 lb Steak of Lamb
1 cup White Wine
1 Clove Minced Garlic
1 tbs Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp Ginger
Salt
Pepper

*** Combine wine, garlic, soy sauce and ginger. Marinate lamb turning occasionally. Broil or grill to desired degree. Salt and pepper to taste.
