Orange Crunch Chicken

1 container (8 oz.) plain nonfat yogurt
1-1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
8 chicken drumsticks, skinned (about 2 lb.)
3 cup Post Honey Bunches of Oats, very lightly crushed

Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a shallow baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. In a medium bowl combine yogurt, orange peel, salt and black pepper. Place cereal in a shallow dish. Dip chicken in yogurt mixture to coat completely, then dip in cereal, covering all sides. Place on prepared baking pan. Bake until no longer pink near the bone, about 30 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
