Easy Chili

1 lb. ground turkey or lean beef
One (4-6 ounces) chicken breast
1 packet McCormick Chili seasoning
1 can Campbell's tomato sauce or Hunts (15 ounces)
1 can Bush's Chil1 Hot Beans
1 small bell pepper
1 small onion

Temperature: simmer.

Brown turkey in 3-4 quart saucepan while cooking chicken breast in microwave (4 minutes) on High. Remove turkey from heat and spoon off fat. Cube chicken and add to turkey or beef. Mix well 1 package chili seasoning with previous ingredients. Return to low-medium heat and add tomato sauce, hot beans, diced onion, diced bell pepper and simmer on low heat for plus or minus 30 minutes.

Serve with cheddar cheese (optional).

Recipe can be easily doubled.
