Kraut Rinse

2 pounds hamburger meat
1 head cabbage
1 package frozen yeast bread dough
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup margarine

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook cabbage and set aside. Cook hamburger meat. Set aside. Mix these two together and season to taste. Thaw frozen yeast bread. After it has been thawed and can be handled make dough the size of a doughnut. Roll thin. Place mixture of hamburger meat and cabbage salt and pepper on top of dough. Take another piece of thin dough. Place on top. Pinch all around or crimp with a fork. Arrange each "pie" on a greased cookie sheet. Let rise until it's double in size. Bake at 375F for about 15 minutes. When done, remove from oven and cool. Take butter brush and pass margarine over pies. Real good hot.
