Turkey Meat Pies

Two 7-1/2 ounce cans biscuits
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 pound turkey sausage, thinly sliced
2 green onions, sliced
1 cup frozen bell pepper/onion seasoning mixture
4-ounce can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mild Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly grease cookie sheet with a rolling pin; roll each biscuit into a flat circle. Place on a plate until ready to use. In a skillet, brown meat, then add onion and seasoning mix. Cook until onions are clear and then remove from heat. Fold in mushrooms. In a separate bowl, combine cheeses. Make pies by placing meat mixture on top of each biscuit. Sprinkle cheese on top of meat. Fold other half of biscuit over meat mixture and fold other half up. Seal with a fork. Cut slits in Place on cookie sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is hot.
