Cornbread Dressing 2

1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1-1/2 pounds ground meat
1 bell pepper
2 celery sticks
1 medium onion
2 cups corn
1 envelope gravy mix
1 can Rotel
Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare cornbread as directed. Set aside to cool. Brown ground meat well. Cut up bell peppers celery onions as desired. Add to ground meat. Mix in corn gravy mix and rotel. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer about 1 hour. Add water as needed. Crumble cornbread into meat mixture. Put in oven safe dish and bake.
