Barbecue Pork Chops

6 pork chops
1 quart Jack Miller's Barbecue
Sauce:
1/8 lb butter
3 teaspoons sugar
3 ounces of beer or Coca Cola
Salt
Black and red pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine items 2 through 5 over low heat until warm and thoroughly mixed.

Season pork chops with salt, pepper (black and red) to taste. Cover one side of pork chops with sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 30 minutes. Flip pork chops, cover with sauce and cook 30 minutes, again covered, flip again, coat with sauce, cook 30 minutes uncovered. Flip again, coat with sauce, cook 30 minutes uncovered. Serve immediately when very tender
