Keep skin on chicken pieces. Put about 1-1/2 cups flour in bowl. Flour each piece inside and out. Shake excess. Heat oil until hot and drop chicken pieces. Lower heat to medium. Put cover on pot to steam chicken. When fully cooked take lid of pot. Turn heat on high. Every minute turn chicken. Do this until golden. Do not leave your stove. When done salt to taste.
