Healthy No Fat Microwave Chicken Breasts

2 whole boneless chicken breasts cut in half
1/4 cup No Fat Chicken Broth
Mrs. Dash Spicy Seasoning, to taste
Lawry's 17 Seasonings, to taste
Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning, to taste
Garlic powder with parsley, to taste
Onion powder, to taste

Place chicken breasts cut side up in glass dish. Sprinkle with seasonings to your taste. Pour chicken broth over chicken breasts.

Cover glass dish with microwave able plastic wrap. Leave small opening at one corner for release of steam. Microwave for 4 minutes. At the end of 4 minutes, take out of microwave and remove plastic wrap.

Turn each chicken breast over with the cut side down and sprinkle seasonings over chicken breasts again. Recover with plastic wrap turning dish 1/4 turn and cook again for 5 minutes.
