Sweet and Sour Pork Chops

1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup all purpose flour
5 loin or shoulder pork chops
1 tablespoon salad oil
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar

Combine ginger, salt, pepper, paprika and flour. Coat chops with seasoned flour mixture and brown in hot oil. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat for 40 minutes or until chops are tender.

Serves 6.
