Cajun Meat Pie 2

1 lb ground beef
2 cans snap beans, drained
4 tbs peppers, chopped
4 cups creamed potatoes
1 onion
3 tsp salt
One 14x10 inch pan

Cook and drain the oil from the ground beat. Place cooked ground beef into pan and add salt, peppers and onion and mix well Spread the ground beef to cover the pan. Place the snap beans on top of the ground beef mixture. The creamed potatoes are then placed on top of the snap beans to develop a layered look. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. After cooking, the pie can either be cut or scooped for serving.
