Camp Stew

2 chickens cut up
2 pounds sausage
8 to 10 pork chops
Onions
Bell Pepper
Potatoes
Italian dressing

Chop onions, bell pepper and potatoes into large wedges. Sprinkle with seasoning to taste (salt, red pepper and whatever other seasoning you have on hand).

Place on bottom of large (throw away) roasting pan. Cut up chickens and season along with the pork chops and sausage, and place on top of the vegetables.

Add several dashes of Italian dressing and cover with aluminum foil. Place in oven and cook at 350F to 400F for 2 to 2-1/2 hours. Remove foil for 20 to 30 minutes to brown the meat.
