Chili 6

1-1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/4 bunch celery
1 bell pepper
1-1/2 onions

Mix all ingredients, cook together 1/2 hour and then add:

2 oz chili powder
3/4 can tomato sauce
1 tbs roux
1 tsp Accent

Cook about 1-1/2 to 2 hours.

Makes 6 to 8 pints.
