Easy Chicken Pie

1 fryer (3 to 3-1/2 pounds)
1/4 lb margarine, melted
1 can cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom
Salt to taste
3/4 tsp pepper
One cup self-rising flour
One cup milk
1-1/4 cups chicken broth, reserved from boiling chicken

Boil chicken, debone and cut in small pieces. Reserve 1-1/4 cups broth. Place chicken in lightly greased 11x7 inch baking pan. Drizzle melted margarine over chicken, salt and pepper. Combine flour and milk. Beat until smooth. Pour over chicken. Combine your choice of soup and chicken broth in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring to blend well. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 425F uncovered for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.
