Marinated Tenderloin

- Steak
- 3 cans beef consomme
- 3 cans beef bouillon
- Juice of 1-1/2 lemons
- 4 tbs Worcestershire
- 4 garlic pods
- Cracked pepper
- 1-1/2 cup red wine, dry
- 4 oz olive oil
- 4 oz vegetable oil
- Italian seasonings (oregano, thyme, basil)
Combine all ingredients and marinate for 2 hours. Cook tenderloin in broiler for 10 minutes, at 425F.
