Mustard Greens and Ground Meat Lasagna

2 med onions
3 sticks of celery
1 med bell pepper
Salt, pepper, garlic and basil
1 lb lasagna
1 lb shredded cheese
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 lb ground beef
1 lb mustard greens
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
One 12 oz can condensed milk

Boil lasagna and drain. Saute onions, celery, bell pepper with seasoning. Add meat and cook until brown. Add mustard greens and cook until done. Lay lasagna in 9x13 inch pan. Cover with cooked mixture. Lay another layer of lasagna on top of mixture. Saute mushrooms in skillet until brown. Add these on top of lasagna and cover with a layer of cheese. Add another layer of lasagna and cover with the rest of cheese. Pour 12 oz of condensed milk on this and bake at 350F for approximately 30 minutes.

Serves 12 people.
