Sausage Loaf

2 pounds bulk pork sausage
1 pkg. (12 oz) frozen rice pilaf, thawed
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup rye bread crumbs (1-1/2 slices)
1/3 cup milk
2 tbs chopped parsley

Glaze:
1 jar (4 oz) strained plums (baby food)
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs lemon juice

Mix together sausage and rice. Add next 4 ingredients and shape into loaf on baking pan. Bake at 350F for 1 hour. Remove from oven and drain off fat.

Combine the glaze ingredients. Brush loaf with glaze and bake 15 more minutes.

Serves 8.
