Date Cheese Ball

2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Chopped Dates
1/2 cup Softened Butter
1 tbs Brandy
1/2 cup Toasted Almond

*** In a mixer bowl or food processor, combine cheese, pitted dates, butter and brandy. Beat or process till well blended. Shape mixture into large ball. Roll in toasted sliced almonds. Cover and refrigerate. Remove one half hour prior to serving. Serve with assorted crackers.
