Guacamole II

- 2 large Ripe Avocado
- 1 med Chopped Onion
- 2 Green Chili Pepper
- 1 tbs Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
- 1 med Chopped Tomato
- 5 Dashes Pepper Sauce
*** Peel and mash avocados in a large bowl. Add chopped onion, peppers, lemon juice, pepper sauce, salt & pepper. Beat until creamy. Gently fold in the peeled chopped tomato. Refrigerate until served. Serve with tortilla chips.
