*** Cook asparagus until tender. Drain and finely chop. In small bowl, blend lemon juice and mayonnaise. Stir in cooked chopped ham, asparagus, onions and peppers. Blend in food processor / blender. Stuff already prepared puffs (see Puff Dough recipe) with mixture. Bake 30 minutes in 350F oven. Serve warm.
Yield: 36 Puffs.
