Hummus

Dip
32 oz Canned Chick Peas
1 cup Lemon Juice
3 Cloves Pressed Garlic
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Tahini
1 tsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Chopped Parsley
1/2 tsp Paprika

*** Drain canned chick peas. Rinse well with cold water and drain again. Puree the peas in blender or food processor with 3/4 cup of garlic and lemon juice to make a creamy paste. Blend in Tahini. Taste. Add remaining lemon if not lemony enough. Put in small bowl and chill until ready to serve.

To serve, pour olive oil on top and sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Serve with warm pita bread.
