Marinated Mushrooms

2 lb sm Mushroom
1 cup Olive Oil
3/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 Cloves Crushed Garlic
1/2 cup Sliced Onion
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt

*** Wash mushrooms. Steam in boiling water for one minute. Drain and rinse with cold fork. In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Add mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Drain mushrooms prior to serving.

Yield: @ 8 Cups
