Mini Ham Quiche

Finger Food
5 oz Cooked Ham
2 tbs Bread Crumbs
6 oz Grated Gruyere Cheese
8 oz Sliced Green Olive
2 Egg
1 cup Milk
Dash Salt
Dash Pepper
1 Unbaked Pie Shell

*** Cut ham into bite-size chunks, mix in a small bowl with bread crumbs. Fill unbaked pie shell with ham mixture. Top with grated cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Sprinkle olives over ham and cheese. Pour egg mixture into pie shell. Bake 45 minutes in 375F oven or until knife comes out clean. Cut into bite-size pieces and serve warm.
