Spinach and Eggs

12 Cooked Egg
10 oz Cooked Spinach
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Basil
1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg

*** Hard boil eggs. Cook spinach and drain. Blot spinach with paper towels to make sure all moisture is removed. Shell eggs and cut in half. Remove yolks. Mix yolks with spinach, mayonnaise, lemon juice, basil, and nutmeg. Blend. Fill egg halves with spinach and egg mixture. Garnish with pimentos or parsley. Keep refrigerated until serving.
