Comte Ham and Cheese Mold

4-5 cup frozen mixed vegetables, cooked
2-3 cup diced cooked chicken
1 cup grated Comte' cheese
1 tsp. or more sweet basil and garlic, onion powder and mustard powder
1/2 cup French Dressing

Butter or oil a twelve cup mold. Then line it with slices of boiled ham. Prepare 4 cups of rice according to directions on the box (1 cup raw rice equals 3-1/2 cups when cooked) to fill the mold. Twelve or more slices of ham may be needed.

Cook, then drain the mixed vegetables on paper toweling. Add the cooked, diced chicken and grated Comte' cheese. Add seasonings and French Dressing. Pack it into the ham lined mold. Chill thoroughly for about two hours. Un-mold on a large round platter. Slice and Serve with French Dressing.

French Dressing:
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
1tsp. dry mustard
1 clove garlic
