Crab Salad

- 1 lb. Crabmeat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 tbsp. chopped sweet pickle
- 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Dash pepper
- Lettuce
- 2 tbsp. chopped olives
Pick over crabmeat. Combine with other ingredients. Serve in lettuce cups, or between tomato and pineapple slices.
