Gazpacho Pasta Salad

1 pkg. (11 oz.) Uncle Ben's country recipe brand Zesty Italian Pasta Salad

2 tbsp. balsamic or red wine vinegar

2 tbsp. olive oil

3/4 cup chopped cucumber

3/4 cup chopped tomato

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or 2 tsp. dried basil

Freshly ground black pepper

Prepare pasta and vegetables according to package directions. Mix contents of seasoning packet and vinegar in medium bowl. Stir in oil until well blended. Cut open bag of pasta. Add pasta, drain vegetables, cucumber and tomato dressing. Stir until mixed. Stir in basil; serve with pepper.
