Picante Corn and Pasta Salad

1 pkg. (10.6 oz.) Uncle Ben's country recipe brand creamy Italian pasta salad
1 tbsp. lime juice
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp. picante sauce or salsa
1 cup (about 8 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained or 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1 lg. ripe avocado, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/2 inch slices

Prepare pasta and vegetables according to package directions. Mix contents of seasoning packet and lime juice in large bowl. Stir in mayonnaise and picante sauce until well blended. Cut open bag of pasta. Add pasta, drained vegetables and corn to dressing. Stir until mixed. Stir in cilantro. Fan avocado slices into plates; mound salad onto avocado.

Makes 4 to 5 side dish servings
