Over the Rainbow Salad

- 12 ounces cooked #7 macaroni
- 1/2 lb (8 ounces) diced carrots
- 1 sliced purple onion
- 1 sliced green pepper
- 1 sliced red pepper
- 5 ribs diced celery
- 2 large diced tomatoes
- 2 cups low fat mayonnaise
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 large diced red apple
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Incorporate cooked macaroni with remainder of ingredients. Stir well and refrigerate.
Serve chilled.
