Cabbage Slaw with Sour Cream
- 3 cups grated cabbage
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup grated onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup grated radishes
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- One 8-ounce carton sour cream
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Mix cabbage and all other vegetables together. In a pint jar, put all of the dressing mix; i.e., sour cream, etc. mix well; place a lid tightly on jar and shake well. Pour dressing over cabbage slaw to your desired consistency.
