Congealed Cranberry Salad
- One 3 ounce package cherry jello
- 1 cup hot Water
- 1 can cranberry sauce (whole berries or plain)
- 1 cup apples, chopped
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Mix jello with hot water until dissolved. Add cranberry sauce. Mix well. Add remainder of ingredients. Mix. Pour into 8 x 8 inch pyrex dish. Allow to congeal.
