Beef Spinach Salad

8 ounces spinach, torn (6 cups)
One 8 ounce can beets, sliced and drained
1 small onion, sliced and seperated into rings
1/3 cup Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled or
Cheddar cheese, shredded

In a large salad bowl, combine spinach, beets, and onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss dressing with greens. Top with cheese.

Serves 4.
