Favorite Yummy Potatoes
- 2 lb bag southern style hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, un-diluted
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 cups shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Place in 9x13 inch baking pan.
Topping:
Combine 1/4 cup melted butter and two cups corn flakes. Spread on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
