Cane Syrup Vinaigrette
- One 16 oz. Steen's cane syrup
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 2-1/2 cups apple juice
- 12 tablespoons McIlhenny spicy brown mustard
In a large mixing bowl, add mustard and honey. Mix well with a wire whisk. Add cane syrup.
Stir. Add apple cider vinegar and apple juice. Stir very well.
Makes about 8 cups of vinaigrette
Pour into jars and refrigerate.
