Avocado Sauce
- 2 small ripe avocados, peeled and mashed
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup drained chopped green chilies
- 1-1/4 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbs chopped cilantro
- 1 tbs tequila
- 1/2 tsp salt
In small bowl combine avocados, tomato, green chilies, onion, sour cream, cilantro, tequila and salt until well blended. Cover; refrigerate.
Yield: 2 cups.
