Barbecue Sauce for Lamb and Pork

- 1 pint oil
- 2/3 pint wine vinegar
- 2 tbs salt
- 2 tsp red pepper
- 2 lb onions, chopped by hand
- 2 bell peppers, chopped by hand
- Juice of 2 lemons and peeling of 1
Put ingredients in a pan, refrigerate, and allow to stand a while.
