Cheese Sauce III
- 1 cup milk
- 3 slices process American cheese, cubed
- 2 slices process Swiss cheese, cubed
- 2 tbs butter or margarine, softened
- 2 tbs all-purpose flour
Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender; blend until cheese is coarsely chopped. Pour into medium saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.
Yield: about 1 cup.
