Creole Seasoning
- One 26 oz box salt
- One 2 oz can black pepper
- One 1-1/2 oz can chili powder
- One 1-1/2 oz can red pepper
- One 1 oz can garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl; mix well. Store in airtight containers. Use as a seasoning in Creole recipes, tried chicken, or gravies.
