Chill one-third cup evaporated milk in refrigerator tray until icy cold; add 1 tbs bottled lemon juice and beat in chilled bowl until stiff. Fold in 2 cups chilled lemon sauce. Good over ice cream, gelatin cubes or steamed puddings.
