Herb Butter
- 1/2 lb butter
- 2 tbs parsley
- 2 tbs chives
- 1 tsp dried tarragon
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients in processor or blender and combine until smooth. Place in crock or storage container and refrigerate.
