Remoulade Sauce I

3 cups olive oil
3 cups vinegar
4 cups Creole mustard
1 cup paprika
3 tbs ground black pepper
4-1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup mayonnaise
9 cups celery
2 cups parsley
1 cup onion

Combine all ingredients and mix with shrimp. Chill thoroughly.
