Tartar Sauce 1

2 cups mayonnaise
1 tbs lemon juice
1 cup dill pickle relish
1 cup chopped onion
1 bell pepper, chopped fine
1 cup chopped celery
1 clove garlic, chopped fine

Sprinkle a Creole or Cajun seasoning over mixture, dash hot sauce, dash red pepper. Mix altogether and refrigerate.
