Tuna Vegetable Tetrazzini

One 10-3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup Kretschmer Original Wheat Germ
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp. thyme
One 10-oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
Two 6-1/2 oz. cans water packed tuna, drained
6 oz. spaghetti, cooked, drained

Heat oven to 375F. Combine soup, milk, cheese, wheat germ, onion and thyme; mix well. Add remaining ingredients; toss lightly. Pour into 11x7 inch glass baking dish. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly.

Makes 8 servings.

Variation:
Chicken Vegetable Tetrazzini: Substitute two 6-3/4 ounce cans water packed chunk chicken, drained, for tuna. Substitute basil for thyme.

Microwave Oven Directions:
Prepare recipe as directed above. Pour into 11x7-inch microwaveable dish; cover with plastic wrap; vent. Microwave at High 9 to 10 minutes or until bubbly, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes.
